Anyone using Sky Broadband?

Our normal ‘best’ speed is about 18-19 Mbps which I can happily live with. It normally fucks up once or twice a year and is remedied by them resetting the line at the exchange, seemingly not on this occasion though. The green cabinet is just down the road…

Don’t just stop paying them
Tell them you are cancelling the contract as they are not providing the agreed service.
If you just stop paying them you will get letters and debt collectors etc

Normal service resumed shortly after. The whole cycle of frustration and despair will probably begin again in 4-5 months time…

Sorry I hadn’t noticed two months had passed.
I am waiting for my Sky Broadband to be switched on today but it hasn’t happened yet. Hence I found the thread
Tomorrow Sky will tell me that it is Open Reach’s fault

To be honest I don’t really care as long as some one fixes it!
