I’m still unsure about the amount of lemon zest. I thought it dominated and want to try half the amount next time. I did use a large lemon though…

Going to contact arms dealers… depleted uranium is hard to get apparently.
I can knock a few of these up in an afternoon after golf. Transport is the only issue so far.

This one had 40 minutes but I’m not sure if it’s done enough. It’s cooled to room temp but it’s gone in the fridge to set a bit more.
@180? I’m sure I’d get Twinkle Pie if I tried 40 mins in our oven at that temp.
