I one did Farnborough as a day trip from Preston… I did have a trade pass that day though 
But the queues are rubbish.
Yes , one year i got there at 5 am to avoid the queues , not been for many years now . even got the autograph of the stealth bomber pilot on a pic of same

Rolls-Royce Phantom with brushed aluminum coachwork by Windovers of London. I’ve seen this vehicle on display at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto and the picture does not do it justice. Fantastic thing.
