Best .wav to flac converter?

I just posted an analogy, you’re the one that started blathering on about 911s.

Stoopid question (probably) - can an mp3 file be converted back to flac, and if so will it regain the losses?

Yes

No

Thanks all.

Just get Qobuz and install the app on the device. You will thank me.

Wouldn’t it need to connect to the net? Not sure if it can do that

Must have WiFi surely?

Newer ones do. Not sure about that one.

Model number?

Why are you asking me? The night Jim bought it off Dave, @coco and I set about disabling our motor functions shortly afterward.

It’s an AK120

Mark 1 then? That has no WiFi by the look of it, the mark 2 does.

Presumably it can’t use a Bluetooth link for WiFi either?

It looks like your can pair it with your phone and stream from that :exploding_head:

… to a maximum of 16/44.1 with high equivalent compression and only then if you’re using Apt-X.

Christ, I hate audiophile stuff. Who thought in 2013 that a mobile device without WiFi would make any sense? The iPod Touch was in its sixth generation, and the Nexus 5 came out. It wasn’t the dark ages. But the audiophile solution is to stick in dozens of different SD cards. It’s never been the industry we wanted, always the industry we deserve.
