Isn’t that basically SM then, possibly without CU? And I presume we would reject Schengen. It’s an improvement, for sure, and could be the right first step, as it preserves sovereignty.

To be fair, we organise the hiding of money elsewhere rather than actually doing the hiding ourselves so we aren’t the same.

Can’t normally comment on things like this but as he is a ex MP I can. What a front to use the ECHR, something he fought hard for the UK to escape from. Suspect they will throw it out as not within their jurisdiction.
