Other than the tires in the boot, itβs also the only original object in the display. The other land and water speed record vehicles are replicas.
The tires are fascinating. Their design answer the question of how you get Dunlop rubber to take a vehicle to speeds of 300mph plus without going bang.

Not sure what this. It looks like an early 911 but the badge is odd. Regardless itβs easy on the eye. Gorgeous car.
VERY nice
Itβs a relief to see itβs a retromod based on a Porsche and not an MX5 in drag. Iβd imagine itβs pretty costly given the hours that Ninemeister invest in it. It must be a pretty rare car. Glad to have stumbled across it deep in the southside suburbs.
Iβve never seen one of these (hardly surprising as only 7 were made). This one apparently belonged to Aston for the early part of its life. A 4 dr Lagonda that never made it into full production. Too conservative a style apparently.
I would!

I recall being in one of those at the Earls Court Motor Show. Must have been in 1976 or 1977. May well have been that car. Never seen one since.
