Blue sun dial is nice!

Up down is copying the old English marine chronometers, in modern Swiss terms; power reserve indicator.

I love Moser, everything they do is amazing

I know. Wish I didn’t have to worry about money.

Thirded, gorgeous :star_struck:

Bloody love Universal Geneve, such a shame they went when the others went bust. Would much prefer them to have survived the quartz crisis than some of the others around now. The micro rotor movements are perfect

Not sure it’s Ā£6 lovely here.

I do, however, like these.

You, of all people, really shouldn’t go there.

Like to challenge preconceptions / push boundaries, me :joy:

Does Stelux own the designs as well as the name?

Honestly I think the instantly recognisable Panerai case design is awesome. Simple dial design which just doesn’t grow old. I had thought they were all huge though but these Proper size ones are great.

Which is fair enough. It would be a very boring world if we all liked the same stuff. For me, it’s the case design that I’m not keen on.

Name only I think, but irrelevant because the tooling was lost, unlike zenith and the guy hoarding the tooling in the attic for years. Think the steam trains here and all the moulds and plans being skipped.

Damn shame.

Genuinely is, I only know of chopard and the luc watches as the only decent micro rotor watches now

I’d not seen a micro rotor before and came across one the other day on an Armin Strom watch, I think. Looked nice but obviously I’ve no idea of the quality.

Looks like the Chinese make one.

Nice example in Bulgari’s Octo Finissimo, too
