I did that, looks great but is vast and I have only worn it a few times, and then, not all day. The Radiomirs are the best looking case IMO and they are less clunky.
All a bit too expensive for what they are IMO.

This, too, is offputting. It’s the price of prestige + recognisability. I’ll have a borrow of Edd’s Fakey McFakeface and that will hopefully put me off for good!

I thought I would give this a go, (with the blinds drawn and in the comfort of my own home) (not with Panerai)

Yep, considering one in similar condition went for £174k a few weeks back. Crazy price, the Mr Hudson letter would add a nice chunk but not 200k!
I’m old enough to remember £17k seeming like an outlandish price.
