Dunno maybe they took some out and they weren’t supplied. Normally a 7.5" wrist I think

Probably what happened.
I got mine new so got it sized at the AD but kept the links as if I sell it on it will be ‘as supplied’.
Did the same with the Sub.
I bought the Speedy 2nd hand and even at max adjustment it wouldn’t fit someone with big wrists.

Not keeping the links just limits the market when selling.

Yeah I have spare links for a few
But I’ve also spent £450 on links this year now

I understand why people sell on the ‘extra’ gold ones

I hate the overuse of ‘grail’ but this possibly warrants the term and is is extremely cool;

It’s no Rolex, tho’ :wink:

With an uncanny sense of timing, the rebooted Aquastar brand is reissuing the original-original 1957 model - with a rather nice movement and at a very sane price…

Despite JR being absorbed into Kering, the Aquastar name is owned by the same people who make Isofrane and Tropic straps, so not quite a history-less microbrand.

Fell to the temptations of the middle of Lidl and bought a wall clock for the dining room. It’s radio controlled, shows temperature and humidity and cost a princely £8.
