Cocks on clocks (Part the Second)

You know I meant what, as in WTF.
It’s terrible. It’s almost bad enough to be a spoof.
I wouldn’t put a photo like that, with added soft focus, on a Hello centre spread never mind a serious advert.

Like a peek a boo with kids.

I didn’t have a clue what you meant.

What if your AD said you had to buy this first for a shot at a Daytona? :joy:

After a false start and some epic procrastination, I have finally pulled the trigger on this…

I got a bit obsessed a few years ago - can you tell? :joy:

Thicker-than-usual head today, too…

Well it’s fake watch with totally the wrong handset, so can’t be exactly an easy one to bond with…! The real thing is gorgeous -

Much prefer the Timex - though the first GG model was nicer and a LOT less £££

Well this is nice.

I think Nick @Myrman has very similar or the same.

Looks the same as mine bar the strap. Have you bought that or just browsing?

Very much liking the U15 myself.

Have you over tightened the strap or is that a beetroot sticking out of your sleeve?

Very tempted. It’s basically new and I think the price is very keen, but I’ll have to check.

My hands are indeed pretty porky today, but the picture has over-egged it.

Really like these - they’re understated in just the right way, practical enough to be a daily, smart enough for occasions - had a brief try of Nick’s and did NOT want to give it back, wears very nicely.

Oh, hang on. I wasn’t at work

It was the “round the corner for a swift one after work” at one particularly ill-fated job.

By God that place was dysfunctional
