I was going to try and be a smartarse and suggest you save a few quid and look for one of the many derivatives Ollech & Wajs produced after they bought the rights to the designs and most of the tooling - they put some better movements in some of them.
And then I went and looked at the prices and they’re as much or more than the original Breitlings! FFS! The one you’ve linked actually looks a bit of a bargain by current standards.
Annoyingly, I turned my nose up at a O&W Aviation Chrono in yellow gold for £900 ~3 years ago because it had a scruffy dial and scabby crystal… Reverse-Midas Touch, as always…
Anyone know why it has a luminous pip at 4 on the bezel, instead of a numeral?

Won’t that be the first 20 mins, if you want to count down 20mins you align the 8 on the bezel with the min hand.
The twenty minute markings found on a lot of dive watches come from old US navy dive tables and aren’t a requirement for ISO certification. As with most things watches, they remain because people expect them on their desk divers. Even back in the day when these watches were actually used some companies, such as Doxa, didn’t use a twenty minute segment on the bezel.
The main requirement is to be able to count elapsed time, for that you just need to set a marker to a minute hand, usually a pip at 1200 rotated to the minute hand, unidirectional or lockable bezel of course.
As an example, an omega 600 ploprof, the first widely available deep dive watch. No 20 Min segment or marker. Massive minute hand and lockable bezel.

Seiko movement, but seems very cheap, maybe saving a few bob by not having a SS bracelet
Hides it’s ‘small movement syndrome’ well but once noticed the date is still too far towards the center of the dial.
As this is one of my pet hates it’s a no from me but it’s not awful looking.

Yep! Stupid as, but that case takes crazy amounts of work to make.
60 hour power reserve with all that unnecessary fake engine movement going on is pretty good too.
Water resistance not so much because of the stupid case design.
