Yes I’d seen those and I’m tempted as I have fairly scrawny wrists so the bigger models are probably out of the question. It’s strange as I never particularly liked Panerai but they’ve grown on me.

I was never that interested in the ‘swatch x’ plastic fantastics, they were interesting but not for me.
I feel similarly about this Swatch x Audemars Piguet collaboration.
I’ll need to see what they look like but I suspect that like a lot of recent culture it’s not for me. I can see the attraction and reasoning behind it though. I wonder what’s next. Swatch x Freak? Swatch x Reverso? Swatch x Konstantin Chaykin?

The “Pop” used to pop out of its strap and holder. It was the first “thing” I bought for the (then) girlfriend in the early 90s.
If Swatch don’t make a strap and holder then someone else will.
Still an improvement over the Royal Oak though

A friend had one in the 80s but it is long lost. He’s recently been overcome with nostalgia so has been keeping an eye out for an example in good nick.
One turned up in Japan and it’s in great shape so he bought it.
Unfortunately in his excitement it sounds like he neglected to check the exact reference or the case diameter so when it arrived yesterday it is as described but also 32mm and needing extra links to accommodate his substantial paw.
