I knew that there was a disparity with comparable nations, but hadn’t realised that it was so great
and more importantly the voters
Well, the ones where non-Tory votes actually matter
You were right all along about the GPs doing cohort 6. I thought that I’d got into the Kassam stadium because I was cohort 6, but it now looks almost certain that that happened because I was cohort 7 and the Kassam’s been doing them for a little while.
My GP seems to have no shortage of vaccine (or at least enough supply to offer me a jab there on the same day I booked at the Kassam). I’ve today had a call-up letter in the mail and a reminder text from the GP. I’d give you my GP slot if I could, but I’m afraid all I can do is cancel/refuse it .
VB
Further to what you posted earlier, after booking vaccination at Kassam, Narelle received an automated NHS letter today telling her to book.
Seems coincidental.
Second jab this morning.
17 minutes from entering to leaving the building. Fully vaccinated now.
Safe to lick door handles now then.
Damn, I miss licking door handles
Jan had her first one today. We booked on line but her name wasn’t on the list. Luckily I had printed the appointment and had written down her NHS number.
No problem, they just added her to the list and she was out in 25 min.
I still need seven days before I can lick door handles.
When will this hell ever end. I need my door handles
Watching the head of a school, predominately a sink school, saying that only 50 percent of parents are giving permission for their children to be tested. Anti vax would appear to have a high uptake in certain demographics.
Woah
Probably a 5G mast gone into overload and exploded.
The NHS website has now been updated and says that people who are clinically vulnerable (cohort 6) can now book through the website, rather than wait to be contacted via their GP.
When I called my GP, they verified that I was in cohort 6.
Guess what happened when I tried to book my vaccination? I bet you can’t.
They can fucking stay at home with the parents then.
Just turn up late at a pharmacy with your NHS number - it worked for Jan, somehow we / nhs website had fucked up. She was legal but there were plenty who might not have been.
Well I called the GP (quite a mission in its own right). Apparently I won’t be on the NHS system until I’ve been invited for a vaccine. But I won’t be invited for a vaccine until my local GP-led centre has some vaccine to dole out. So I’m beholden to the supply of vaccine to the GP centre even if I don’t get vaccinated at that centre.
Anyway the GP centre has just had another allocation of 2000, so maybe I’ll be in that…
This should be an interesting account to follow for a while…
This doesn’t strike me as good news just before schools reopen
