Crack snacks

Picked up a packet of Picnics whilst back in the UK. We don’t have them over here and I recalled them being alright. Fuck me, it’s like crack cocaine. Definitely going to have to try and make some of my own.

Peanuts and salted caramel nougat, covered in chocolate. Shouldn’t be too hard, providing you don’t want neatly shaped logs (before you eat them obvs).

Surprisingly difficult to re-create some industrial food if you don’t have high-pressure extruders, vacuum expansion machines, strange bulk chemical cocktails &c &c

Probably just as well mind, given the addictive nature of some of it…
