LOL, “posh” Korean ramen with some ‘merican cheese melted in. Yes, that particular “cheese” melted into noodles or stews really is a Korean thing. Don’t normally eat ramen anymore (sodium), but I purchased a few of these for multi-day backpacking trips and wanted to sample one
