Kev do you honestly believe Trudeau and Sheinbaum could effectively agree to billions of dollars worth of commitments in a single phone call if they hadnât already planned to do it months or in some cases years earlier? Itâs laughable.
These guys, unlike tinpot Don, are not dictators and answer to parliaments, have budget approvals etc. No world leader signs off on that sort of shit over the phone. Theyâve rubbed his tummy for him and given him nothing, or in one case less than theyâd already committed to do.

Doesnât really matter a fck though . If it was already planned it should have been stated when trump waved his willy. It wasnât, trump came out as a big winner on this. Doesnât really matter if he wins in the long term or even if he really wins at all. Actual numbers are probably inconsequential to the US economy. Itâs all about the media coverage. Trump doesnât care how he is perceived by by the rest of the world, He doesnât even care how he is perceived by a lot of Americans.
The Canadians and the Mexicans were doing fuck all to sort the problems out, if they really meant to do it they would have done it when Biden was in charge and given him a helping hand at home but they didnât.
Trump strong armed them into concessions that Biden couldnât and he did it in days, he is Making America Great Again .
