He has now posted on Truth Social that USAID should be closed down.
Looks like the courts are the only check and balance left in tghe US.
A lot of the executive orders that Trump is signing are effectively illegal.
His orders regarding DOGE getting access to the Federal Payments system and the mass sacking of USAID employees have been blocked by the courts as the only way to do this is by order of Congress.
Trump will probably still get his way as the GOP are spineless but at least the courts are making him jump through the hoops.

Trump has already revoked the security clearance of more than four dozen former intelligence officials whom he accused of meddling in the 2020 election in Biden’s favour.
Revoke their security clearance and piss off a bunch of ex spooks who have been trained in assassinations, escape & evasion, overthrowing govts etc
