The Constitution guarantees the government can’t infringe on your freedom of speech, private businesses are under no obligation to provide a platform for material they deem wrong. Same way a person gets tossed out of a bar for acting like an asshole

The trouble with ‘We the people’ is that a large proportion contained in this statement are dumber than than a no string banjo.
They still have free speech, just can’t use two platforms provided by two global business. They can do whatever they want on the internet, not been banned from that. The whole free speech on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc is entirely fictitious. The billionaires who own these platforms quote it when it suits their business and phonier it when it doesn’t.

I’m curious to see how that progresses. In particular because it appears to be coming under the jurisdiction of the FBI rather than any regular police force. I get the feeling if it were a regular police force level enquiry that fuck all would happen. I’m hoping the FBI are better than that.
It’s a Federal building and Federal personnel, so FBI. How far it goes probably will depend on whether Biden decides on an amnesty to quiet things down, or to pursue the morons and try to snuff out their base. Problem with the latter is that there are rather a lot of them (morons).
I have absolutely no doubt every one of them will end up in a Federal prison.
It’ll be interesting to see how the US reacts now - they have been utterly humiliated in full glare of the world.
