Trump and people have been charged in Georgia with an organised conspiracy.

There may be problems with that analysis…

Given the majority of Republican appointees on the Supreme Court I think it is unlikely that they will find against Trump

If they make the decision before any of the court cases finish they can say he’s still innocent of the insurrection crimes.

Smooth brains, the lot of them, as some one (@Professor_Chaos?) has said - but they’d have to be, to believe the shitstorm of lies and garbage that their orange fuhrer spouts…

It will give him to the chance the over state the level of victimisation he is receiving by Centillion%

Loving some of the details in the article:

The judge denied the Trump team’s request to throw out the case, and separately fined five Trump attorneys $7,500 each for making “preposterous” arguments already rejected by the court and fuelling what he called their clients’ “obstreperous” conduct.

The judge determined that Mr Trump “absurdly” argued that calculating the area of the penthouse was subjective, ruling “a discrepancy of this order of magnitude, by a real estate developer sizing up his own living space of decades, can only be considered fraud”
