Well the supplier was not keen on quoting for SolarEdge Inverters so I found two more options, one supplier was much more expensive so discounted. The other gave two options below, and went for maxing out the panels as recommended here.
They were not 100% sure the SolarEdge batteries could act as EPS so quoted the GivEnergy option which can. EPS would be nice as the Wife works from home full time and we do have power cuts (even if only for a minute or so) probably once a month, or have done this winter anyway!
Quote also included G99 paperwork etc too.
So question, is the extra control/optimisation of the SolarEdge worth it over the extra generation and storage of the GivEnergy option (that’s cheaper)?
