Is it the sign on the side of the theatre lighting place in West Oxford (Electric Ave runs alongside the Osney Mead substation) ? If so then I remember when the shop was Lancelyn Lighting, run by the, um, unusual Scirard Lancelyn Green, son of Roger Lancelyn Green (he of the knights of King Arthur children’s books).
