Is that @A_Touch_of_Cloth in your cartoon @chelseadave? If so, he appears to have traded his shiny propeller for a whole heap of trouble. Ceiling is insufficiently brown too.

One of my FB acquaintances claims this is his letter from the PM. I suspect a forgery as it isn’t written in crayon and there are no multicoloured dribble stains (or any other stains for that matter).

I’m pretty sure one thing he would have learnt at Eton would be how to write correctly using quill and parchment so I’m sure that’s a forgery
I’m pretty sure quills and parchment are on the syllabus at Hogwarts only these days. Eton’s syllabus is more focused on leveraged buyouts, mezzanine finance and mistreating the serfs.
The crayon theory is more convincing IMHO.
