Yes thats very cheap and possible to get down to £917 with a departure a few days later. To be honest if I was in Manchester I would go for that although might consider a day or so’s stopover in Doha on the return.

I’ll speak to her tomorrow to see if she’s comfortable with having to change. I suspect she’ll be fine and it’s me doing the worrying about it…
She’ll be absolutely fine. Hopefully the changeover time isn’t too tight or too long. Former can be a bit stressful and latter can be hellish if you are sitting around for hours.

Bit leftfield but I once did Humberside airport to Amsterdam and on to Narita, all with KLM. A quick check on the website showed that was still possible.
Much cheaper midweek.
