A very pleasing result. Glad Arsenal dropped points but couldn’t bear United getting all 3 so a draw was just what the doctor ordered.

Now we just need Palace to get something against City and Liverpool to cruise past Southampton.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If Klopp had bothered to play Origi, instead of bringing him on in injury time, maybe we would have done.

I haven’t got over it yet. :confounded: The last substitution, Nordveit for Payet was a really poor idea. The Irons immediately dropped really deep and without Payet the spud defence had less to worry about. Then Nordveit was a complete mug for the penalty. Zaza when he came on was involved in a good opportunity to make it 1-3 but dithered. Something like 18 games without a striker scoring for West Ham now.

Good win at Boro away and top of the league for now. We were not at our best after the Internationals but Boro are a good side with a good defence and a player that we will hear more about - Triore.
We need to buy new players in January I think we will add to the squad.
