Not a front loaded horn but I’m not sure what it is. I have seen similar bass solutions used with Western Electric type systems but without the porting. @murrayjohnson or @coco might be able to describe. The driver looks huge!

Yep. Similar stuff used in smaller 80/90s PA systems that couldn’t justify the size and weight of “W” bins.
