Not perhaps what you would originally think of as Gospel Music but I think this absolutely nails it.
Covers of a few classic Gospel songs and a few Cooder originals. released last year and a great album

Well it didn’t take long, but following Aretha’s death, it looks like we can finally see her truly sublime performance captured in part by the Amazing Grace album from ‘71.
On Amazon Prime iirc. The trailer looks magic, can’t wait to see it.
