Yes, absolutely and if I hadn’t done this before, I wouldn’t have understood what she meant. I know the terms now, I didn’t have to google it. It might have meant that I didn’t pick it up next time because my train of thought would have been different. Now, I can delve further. I know its right, it all totally connects but there are little subtleties that I don’t totally understand which I can ask about.
For ages I would be able to say, this and this is because my relationships with my mum and sister are fucked. Whereas now I can say they’re fucked because of this and there is no guilt associated with “fucked” 
It means I can set boundaries, be empathetic and work on my part to make sure I’m doing things right. It’s a massive weight off! It will be truly great if I can take the weight off my sister too.

Something that struck a chord with me when I was much younger was being told ‘if you don’t like something then change the way you think about it’.
It’s so true but also so very hard to actually do sometimes.

I’m fine, Miriam however is in hospital with broken bones following an incident at work. Cant visit due to Covid. Tad frustrating to say the least.
Have to get busy moving bedroom downstairs.
