Great idea. About a year ago, I started walking every day because I knew my sedentary lifestyle was really a coronary in waiting. The arrival of my dog, Buddy, in September meant that I had to step up my walking game as Springer Spaniels need a lot of exercise. It’s doing me the world of good physically and mentally. I do feel a lot better and am walking well over 100 miles every month now.

I’ve been playing ‘outdoors’ a fair bit of late. The graphics are really good and it’s quite immersive but the difficulty level is all over the place and most NPCs are complete cunts.

From 6pm last night I had light stomach cramps. Went to bed at 11 and woke at 1am sweating, shivering, thumping headache and shortly after pissing water out my ass. Attempted to sleep on the bathroom floor which didn’t help matters. This morning from around 6am every joint in my body spontaneously started aching while still shivering and shitting water. Could barely walk.
The last hour I’ve finally felt “well enough” to share this with you all, I’m passed the worse now TF.
I don’t think I’ve been so violently sick as an adult.

A road I’ve travelled a few times - usually the result of impulsively eating fruit straight off the trees without washing it.
Not sure why, since it was something I’ve done since childhood without ever previously experiencing such an effect, but seems Pinchbeck burbs/bugs shit-out something virulent onto the fruit they walk on…
I’ve reason to be glad we have a bathroom where the loo and basin are together for when both ends are pumping…
Today: hungover. Totally worth it.
