I had colleagues who swore by these things. They used them during Night Shifts.
I don’t know if they actually work, but others seemed convinced.

I have a SAD lamp.No idea if it works or if it is placebo but I am told I am easier to live with if I use the lamp.

Yep, I was looking back at when I quit my permy jobs and they’ve all been Jan/Feb time so I’m guessing I was utterly pissed off and possibly due to winter blues or SAD.
Current job is enjoyable but frustrating sometimes but I’m finding myself looking for contracts again. I know I have no choice but to stay as I have so much invested in shares and pension but still find myself wanting to quit.
Top tip - Best to feel shit all year round, then you don’t notice any difference in January ![]()
