You distract him with cable talk,I’ll roll up the rug.
Foot massage!
What are the big speakers?
The devices in front of the big speakers - fear of floor bounce? All that gear and one record Art Pepper Meets The Rhytm Section. Clearly an audiophile gaff.
I think they were Jensen, photo looks like the Kondo pod from Munich last year
Interesting, I obviously didn’t find them last year as I don’t recall seeing that set up.
I always feel there’s a difference between nice records like that one; recorded & released long before ‘audiophile’ records were a thing and the stuff released more recently almost specifically for audiophiles with little real artistic merit.
Yes! The difference between “Safe bet” and actually good.
Yebbut one record. Maybe the show visitors have wazzed the rest. If they are avid for pencils…
Kondo’s room usually has good merch. Their fans were particularly popular a few years back.
I thought they were pasta drying racks
There are some more lasagne driers at the back
they were in one of the pods in one of the main ground floor atria
The many other safe audio type records were at the back of the room out of shot
I think I even had a showguide but just missed them in their usual location & assumed they weren’t there. Silbatone weren’t there either as I recall (unless they were, hidden away!)
No Silbatone stayed home to open the new museum in South Korea, but they are back on the list for this year to sign off Munich.
I wont be showing, but may enjoy one last visit as a tourist, which will be nice
Might do similar. I was out & back the same day last year.
Anyone know what is the xover point from my mid to bass units.Cant remember who helped jack build them.
Friend wants to build similar but with cheaper tweeters and mids but with eminence 15” bass.
