Jack Para-badminton in Paris

Jack on again now in mixed doubles

Amazed they are starting this late

They have to finish games doesn’t matter what time they have to play till it’s done.
Shame the doubles didn’t go their way.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow. :crossed_fingers:

Some really good matches last nights,Noakes and the USA player looked good

An amazing Paralympic Games for Jack. Unfortunately not the result we needed tonight and his Paralympics has come to an end.
Very emotional and not really got the words for how proud l am for how he performed over the last three days.
We brush ourselves off and go again. Eyes on LA now.
Thank you all for your support.

Managed to catch the last game of yesterday’s match.
Have watched at least a dozen of the badminton games, and have bee blown away by them all.
Jack at the end of yesterdays match was a credit in sportsmanship by swapping shirts with his opponent

Great stuff :+1:

Just :flushed:
100% wow.
I never know how to react to what I see at the Paralympics without seeming like a cunt, but I am in total awe.
I really hope that one day the paras and the Olympics will be one games

I think the best description I have heard was from the studio commentators after the T12 100m final last night and applies to Jack and basically everything else. And it was:
“This is elite level sport.”

Well guys
Jacks best mate and training partner Krysten Coombs has fought his way to the final and plays the French player Charles for the Gold medal at 8pm tonight our GB time.
Let’s support him and hope GB win a Gold Medal in Jacks class.
I know a few of you do know Krysten so let’s get behind him

An amazing night and well deserved Silver for Coombs.
With a massive home crowd it was so difficult it was like playing 5,000 Frenchman all at once.
The gap in the second was just too big to bridge.
But such an amazing game and an electric atmosphere.
So glad we were there to see it all live.
It’s been an emotional roller coaster but what an amazing week.
