The whole weekend is faff
everything you eat, everything you drink, , it is like an American class reuinion, the gear that comes out of peoples cars is unbeleivable, pizza ovens, (with special flour that comes in deal bags) smokers, bbq things, coffee bean to cup machines, coffee pour over faff, special kettles that never boil, stop watches, scales (see dealer bags above), a variety of home made pastries that would not be out of place in a pattisserie, weird and wonderful aged malts rums and gins, home brewed ales and ciders, meats sourced from the finest purveyors of quality livestock whose idea of butchery is to cut the animal in half hang it for a few weeks and send it Lopwell.
And a record player and r2r machine.
You wouldn’t enjoy it all

I’ll borrow a pair from @simonms and stick them in the boot 
Certainly there is enthusiasm for BBQ featuring a high degree of skill and equipment
But the traditionally minded are not scoffed at and much can be learned from great technique and mastery of the most simple set ups

Anyway fellas for those that have paid.
I dont want to ask for a refund ( they are a charity after all) i very much doubt this year will go ahead.
I’m planning on sending them an email confirming this. If anyone wants a refund let me know. Its no issue.
I hope they get through this, like most charities.

There was no chance I was going to make this. It is great that you have cancelled it before I had to pull out. I was going for four-in-a-row I think. 
I’m happy to leave my funds with the charity. They’ll need all the ££ they can get.
