Speakers are not the most ‘portable’ sadly.
I shall be along with my van, and take them back afterwards.

My LS3/5A’s will squeeze in with your pizza oven ?
they’ll also burn very nicely in the fire pit which is the best place for them

Probably best we find an alternative.
I have got some Pensil 11 full range speakers? They are a single full range driver transmission line cab.
I bought some new Mark Audio MAOP11 drivers for them so could break them in for Lopwell, they’re supposed to be very good full range drivers

I can bring Acoustas with Sonido (Alnico) drivers in them which sound pretty good & not shouty.
But if others want more bass feel free to bring something gruntier.

The Elites have very good bass but I may bring the stilettos anyway as they are surprisingly good for a minuscule little driver

I’ve just had a conversation with John @Stepmotheratomicbomb and I have to blow out.
I’ve completely underestimated how much work is involved with moving everything across to the Antipodes. Yes we’ve done it before (the opposite direction) but we aren’t as young as we were then and we have wayyyy more stuff.
I will be missing the opportunity to see and say goodbye to a bunch of people who I feel honoured to have met. This saddens me enormously, but best laid plans…
I know I have a history of ‘blowing out’, but I was determined to be there for my final Lopwell.
Sadly, I have calculated that I have very few free days between now and August to allow for indulgences. Something has got to give.
