Just seems like a total no-brainer to me. You want to buy a P.A (I know because you told me!). You need some loud noise. Dogs love huge music out of P.As (trust me, they lap it up). You live in a place in the country where it would be fun and appropriate to set up a P.A and blast out music. Ergo, have a party every time the hunt is on, and when they get near, switch temporarily to really full-on happy-hardcore, or some such.
