fuck sake, just after I put some amps up for sale.
come to think of it, was a few minutes after I uploaded those photos and I have been getting loads of pop ups for porn on my laptop recently.
Probably nothing in it, I’m sure the wam will be fine after a reboot.

Those amps look lovely too.
I used to love exhibiting at Scalford and would love to do it again, especially if there’s big rooms with high ceilings (like Scalford)
The Gotos sounded absolutely fantastic at Definitive when I auditioned them, but unfortunately I’ve not quite been able to re-create that in my listening room at home with it’s parallel walls and lowish ceilling.

Yes. The issue is weight. The Gotos can be dismantled, but the four bass bins are about 150 kilos apiece.
Even if there were suffient strong folk to help unload/reload at the hotel before and after the show, I would still need at least a couple of young strapping lads at my end to load the van up and unload it after the drive back.
Be careful how you advertise

I was thinking the same Jim but like you loading and unloading everything is going to be some serious effort. It would be good to see some bigger systems in larger rooms but I thought they did really well considering it was a new venue last time round.

Hi Kev, not sure, there is no contact with the owner. It’s a shame, but it’s never really been stable since Jim sold it, and now it keeps falling over it’s arse every few hours, I suspect due to lack of IT support/maintenance.
Main thing is the show is safe for future years. Look forward to seeing you there. It was a cracking event last year, and now it’s clearly obvious that it’s there for everyone irrespective of what forum or wherever they come from, it should be even better. Give me a shout if you are looking for hotel accommodation.
