All very dimly lit but: gin martini with jalapeno brine + spritz with Lillet Blanc, nibbles, Negroni with rose vermouth.

I always use a bit of jalepeno brine, as well as from silverskin pickled onions when I do a Gibson these days. Delivers a lovely & peppery umami.

I’ve tried it a couple of times and have now concluded that I like it a lot.
Quite spicy/herby like their vermouths.
