First :snake: snakebite of the year & for a fair while in fact. 150ml of the cider is going in a Echallion shallots & cider gravy I’m putting together.

I think I’ve said it before: I used to play at Crumpton Oaks farm when I was little. I doubt there’s much of a connection with the modern supermarket product tho.

MiL (88) has a very set regime every day, but apparently this evening’s carer has absolutely zero clue about booze and has just brought her a sherry bucket full to the brim with neat whisky :sign_of_the_horns:

She is not displeased with this deviation from the routine.
