Brazenly filthy “Dirty Gibson”

Really quite sizeable slug of pickle juices in this. In an effort ter get more interesting umami notes I’ve used some leftover from a recently finished jar of jalepenos as well as some from the silverskin onions served as a garnish.

Probably my favourite Martini variation other than Espresso Martini’s which are altogether different really.
