Kicking off with a modest but surprisingly decent Italian Puglia Rosso from M&S. Gawd knows how long I’ve had it, did have misgivings it might have spoiled. Half the bottle went in this weekends slow cooked pork 'n beef Ragu.
Nicely soft & rounded & decently flavoursome.
