Bluddy nice drop is this! Not as enamoured with Speckled Hen recently which wuz a staple fave I consumed with gusto fer many years. Must revisit it as I haven’t bothered for several years.

Bought specifically to use for a pork loin in cider pot roast I enjoyed earlier. Not had it in years!
Really not too bad, dry side of medium & can attest its good for cooking in.
