2x Seaweed & Aeons 10yr old Islay cask strength single malt.
I’ve had multiple bottles of this over the last several years & its always good. Assertively smoky with really well balanced sherry notes. We’re now on batch no 6. I’ve only had batch no’s 1, 2 & 3 to date with just a double measure of batch no 3 left to finish. Bottle no’s 752 & 769 of 902. Bottled at 55.6% abv
2x Braeval Speyside single cask single malt solely aged in a Pedro Ximanez hogshead for 8 years, I have high hopes for this being a rather lovely ‘sherry bomb’. Limited to 395 bottles. Bottled at 64.6% abv
1x Secret Speyside 9 year old single malt aged in a refill single hogshead, bottle no 320 of 670. Bottled at a natural strength of a whopping 66% abv.
1x Secret lowland, single grain aged 8 yrs in an ex Bourbon barrel, bottle no 112 of 361. Bottled at 60% abv
The bottle with the jester chap on the front label is a cask strength blended of approx 80% grain whisky’s & 20% single malts. An independent bottling of whisky’s sourced from the Edrington portfolio. Bottled by North Star Spirits. “Tarot Blend 6 Year Old 2016 “The Fool” - North Star Spirits Whisky”. Bottled at 57.3% abv.
All for me with the exception of the Plantation O.F.T.D. overproof rum which is fer me mucker Beaker.

That’s certainly the plan Gareth! Got a couple of more modest orders incoming next week with those & present stocks I should be nicely set until at least next spring/summer!
