Oh, you poor bastard, you have my deepest sympathy.

My advice, get it down you as quickly as possible then drink something nice to make up the volume of liquid. Beer helps get rid of the lemony yet salty taste. It’s all coming out of your arse very shortly so you may as well get some enjoyment out the process.
