Whats the wing span, 300mm? Possibly more by the looks of it.
Dambuster, model of one of the reserve planes. It was fitted with a single downward firing gun, semi open and ball mounted.
Hasn’t realised until i made this model that there was only one pilot, shortage of pilots and all that. The flight engineer had a jockey seat near to the pilot to assist landings and takeoffs, other than that if the pilot was incapacitated you were pretty much fucked.

About that, it’s the airfix 2014 tooled kit, recognised as the most accurate one available. The larger scale offerings need lots of alterations.
