It is incredible, it’s also seeps into an aspects of life by shifting what is seen as acceptable. Have seen it in my workplace as a civil servant. A few weeks ago we were instructed not to use social media in any way shape or form that disagreed with government policy on Ukraine, including the then truly awful asylum provision. It took two weeks of staff literally telling them to fuck off before they changed the policy. The policy was just in our Agency, not directed by the Minister.
