They’ve had widespread ongoing lockdowns in various cities for months. It’s been extremely difficult to get product out of there before you even approach the difficulties of actually getting it shipped.
Meanwhile, more evidence of boris’ accomplishments
How much could 1.6Bn have helped some of the poor sods in unfit housing, or (maybe) fire prevention in tower blocks or……

Phase 1 of tory NHS privatisation plan complete (get rid of the staff and create a crisis)
Phase 2 - Move on to media campaign saying NHS is not fit for purpose, blame managers and money wasting.
Phase 3 - Only option is to privatise
They’ve been running it down by throttling funds & training for 12 years, and running it down verbally for the last 3-4.
