Probably a year before renovations are finished (and thatās probably hopelessly optimistic). It will be pushing 250sqm by that point and would give plenty of options for a bake-off. Itās also only about an hour from Bordeaux airportā¦
Depending on how things go I may well start running a small supper club / restaurant from there.
