I didnāt know he didnāt get one for that He was very good in it too. My Nan was a huge Brando fan, I watched this again a few months ago and enjoyed it more than when I was a kid.

Bogart won it for African Queen that year but I agree, Brandoās performance was gripping.
No - Iāve recognised 1.5 so far - the 0.5 'cos I recognised Kubrickās style but not the movie.
Iām REALLY bad at this sort of a thing - my memoryās so bad I live eternally in-the-moment; everything is a constant surpriseā¦
