Well it can’t be a good thing which ever way you look at it.
It’s a bit more of a concern now that they can actually make the missiles work properly. It’s not long since they all flew just a few metres before falling over.
Mind you that was back when they were using elastic power. That’s why the name of their capital city is onomatopoeic…

Amazing what a little help from the ruskies can do.
This. A friend of mine, who knows a bit about these things, says both the missile designs and the bomb designs have a distinctly Russian look about them. Maybe a few people went AWOL during the 90’s and have been busy in the two decades since … ?
