I still like how Jim took some home for the wife and kids - and insisted on the chilli paneer. Both pieces.

I can just imagine the scene at home: “I’ve got some chilli paneer for you all!” “Ooh lovely we’ve heard so much about that.” “Oh. There’s almost enough for each of us to try…”

It’s not a normal pancake, it’s a Dutch baby pancake. It doesn’t look like a normal pancake. You bake it in the oven and it’s about an inch deep. That’s a third of it. My wife made it. It was very nice.
