Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

I cut them fairly small. In a pre heated 200c oven they are done in 45 mins, just stir over a couple of times while roasting.

Aha noice. Have to admit I had a crafty “Dolce” for pudding too. They are nice but very sweet and sickly, beware!

One between two, with an icecream would be a good compromise.

I dont know how they do it for that price!

Even the drinks are reasonable which is mad down there.

I know, we had olives, bread sticks, two pizzas with extra and 2 beers - £22!

That’s mental. I know food in France is not cheap, but you wouldn’t even get a takeaway pizza from a kiosk round here for less than 25€, much less extra toppings, olives, bread sticks and beers.

Kings cross? I’m down in London for a few days with work in a couple of weeks and looking for somewhere decent but reasonable to eat- I don’t really know London that well - train to kings cross so around there would be ideal

Nice beer place recommendations would be good too :stuck_out_tongue:

Bit of an experiment tonight. With carrot peanut kochamber a yogurt thing and peanut\garlic dry chutney

Chettinad Chicken from Rick Stein, one of my fav chicken curry recipes.

Carrot Massala from here: https://pachakam.com/Recipes/Carrot-Masala

ignore the 4 tbsp of lime - it is way too much, I’d say 1 to 2 tbsp is just right.

I had pulled pork and coleslaw in a bun again.

I’ll probably do the same tomorrow and put myself off of pig for good.
